The Carriacou Regatta is a 3-day festival held during the first weekend of August.
Yachts from all over the world take part in this event. In addition to events for work boats and yachts alike, there are plenty of other activities too including land- and water-based sports, street parties, cultural celebrations and calypso.
It is the longest running regatta in the region. The 2021 Carriacou Regatta marked the 56th anniversary of the event.
